Leaving, on a jet plane ...

OK, gang. We're about to head out for the airport in 30 minutes. Dad was successfully released from the hospital, but because of the day's activities, he hasn't had a lot of sleep so he's quite tired. Good thing we're on the red eye-- lots of chances to sleep, if you can sleep on an airplane!

And, one more thing-- here's a photo of dad, all ready to head for home:

  5. We are so glad and thankful to God for this blessed day. We pray for your safe flight home and everyone with you. I hope you will get some rest and sleep on the plane, knowing you are on your way home. Several relatives have called tonight and are praising God for your remarkable recovery and also wish all of you a safe journey. I will bring all their well wishes with me tomorrow when I see you back home.
Our prayers are with all of you.
Good to see your picture. Keep up that Parks' strength and fight.

    LOVE YOU and safe journey,
    Ann & Pete

  6. Norman and all, I am writing this as you should be in Atlanta, I believe. Praying now that you are safe and that in this last leg of your journey you feel the presence of God with you, holding you in tender comfort, knowing you are safe and that he will see through to the end of this trip safe and sound. Norman, I look forward to you return to NC and seeing you soon, my friend. Take care, Love, MJ
